Achieving all this ‘in house’ enables us to be very responsive and keeps costs low. In this DRL is unique among regulator suppliers in the UK. All DRL regulator products are manufactured in the UK. Local sub-contractors are used to facilitate communication. Every regulator is tested thoroughly prior to dispatch. Be confident purchasing from the experts with in depth expertise in this specialist field. We don’t just sell regulator ‘units’, we take pride in our products and know them from the individual component level up.

Currently Dynamo Regulators Ltd is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT on our products.

We receive many enquiries checking whether our regulators are suited to their needs. Please read the information regarding our products on these web-pages carefully, as a first step. Answers will often be found within our Products pages or Questions & Answers (Q&A) page. Regulator data sheets (copies supplied with orders) are available to view on-line or download in pdf form.

We strive to make our regulator products available from stock. Orders are usually dispatched promptly (Monday-Friday) on receiving payment. We are occasionally away from the business on holiday or whatever; naturally this will cause additional delays.

We use Royal Mail postal services exclusively. ‘Signed For’ service at additional cost can be requested. Contact us during normal office hours. Please Note that European and worldwide customers may be liable for additional import, VAT or processing fees on their items, which may require collection in advance of shipping or payable upon receipt in the destination country.

All Dynamo Regulators Ltd products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. They are guaranteed against manufacturing defects or faults developing in normal use for one year from date of receipt. Our guarantee does not cover damage arising as a result of incorrect installation. Please read the product descriptions and data-sheets carefully before fitting. If in doubt employ the services of a qualified auto-electrician, or other competent person.

All products are new and fully tested prior to dispatch. In the event of any problem with a product please contact us before returning the item. We reserve the right to charge a £10 testing and return post fee (UK Royal Mail 1st class post) for items which are found to be working correctly. It is a fact that the majority of regulators returned for testing prove to be working correctly, and the problem is to be found elsewhere in the charging system.

If you have purchased an item in error it should be returned in as received condition for refund within 14 days of purchase. Customer to pay their return postage costs and the refund paid may be subject to a 10% handling charge.

Customer order details, names and addresses may be recorded in secure electronic form for customer support and financial record purposes. On request we will advise customers of any personal information in our records, and remove it if asked to do so.

No bank account or other financial details will be held in our files. We do not have sight of any card details entered by purchasers during the website check out process. Card details provided over the telephone are entered into the service providers system and are not stored on our system. No customer information will be supplied to or shared with any third party in any form.
